  • Do I have to talk during my massage?
No you don't! I totally understand if you would like to relax and take a nap. However, if you would like to chat that is totally fine too! I will follow your lead.
  • I've never had massage before, what should I expect?
When booking your first appointment, you will be asked to fill out an intake form. This form will help to ensure you get a safe, and effective treatment. Each treatment is tailored specifically for your needs. When we enter the treatment room, I will ask you some questions before we begin. Before getting on the table, I will exit the room and you will be asked to undress to your comfort level. I will come back shortly after and begin treatment. Consent and communication will be used throughout to ensure you are feeling comfortable and safe.
  • Should I still come to my appointment if I'm feeling sick?
No, please reschedule your appointment if you are feeling sick. There are many practitioners and clients in the clinic, so to reduce spreading sicknesses, please stay home.
  • How do I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please go to your accounts page on JaneApp. You are able to cancel and reschedule appointments up to 48 hours before your appointment time. If you are outside of that window, please contact me.
